New Delhi. Triumph Motorcycles is getting a tremendous response from customers for its new Speed 400 motorcycle. People like this bike so much that the company ordered 10,000 units of the Speed 400 in just 10 days. We tell you that this motorcycle was launched on the Indian market against the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Harley-Davidson X440.
Let us tell you that the Triumph Speed 400 is a fully Indian made bike and Bajaj Auto produces it in their bike factory. Triumph bikes are usually expensive, but the Speed 400 has been discounted to a lower price because it’s made in India. It’s the company’s most affordable and small-engined bike in India. It was launched at a price of 2.33 lakh rupees (ex showroom). However, the company has kept the price for the first 10,000 bikes at 2.23 lakh rupees (ex showroom), after which the price of the bike will increase by 10,000 rupees.
Triumph Speed 400 features
The bike features an inverted telescopic fork at the front and monoshock suspension at the rear. The bike is based on a redesigned perimeter frame. The bike’s alloy wheels and engine are given a matte black finish. At the same time, a large Triumph logo in different colors was placed on the fuel tank. The company relies on an analog instrument cluster with a digital display for driver information.
When it comes to safety, the bike comes standard with dual disc brakes, dual-channel ABS and an immobilizer. All lighting in the bike is LED. The car comes standard with 17-inch alloy wheels with multi-purpose radial tires.
