The company has launched a new variant of the Honda Shine 125, Shine 100. While there are plenty of bikes coming out, they don’t make as many headlines as the Shine. The main reason for this is the Splendor from Hero MotoCorp. The country’s best-selling motorcycle, the Splendor will now compete head-to-head with the Shine 100.
With the release of this bike, the threat to the Splendor has definitely increased. Because Honda has made sure that the Shine 100 should in no way be less than Hero’s Splendor. Honda has also kept its price about Rs 8,000 lower. On the other hand, Shine is second to none in terms of performance, design and performance.

On the other hand, if we talk about Splendor, it has a 97.2cc engine that produces a power of 7.9 hp. In such a situation, Shine wins in terms of displacement. But Splendor’s performance is slightly higher. Both motorcycles are equipped with a 4-speed gearbox. But when it comes to mileage, it’s exactly the same. The mileage of both companies is 65 km. claims per liter.

Now the biggest threat to Shine’s Splendor is price. Honda went all out to ensure that this motorcycle, made for the common man, should be easily accessible to the common man. Honda Shine 100 ex-showroom price is Rs 64,900. The Splendor, on the other hand, is significantly more expensive. The starting price of Splendor is Rs 72,076 rising to Rs 76,346.
