Royal Enfield’s grand plan, now the company will expand to Nepal and Bangladesh and prepare to take on the world with Bullet

New Delhi. Motorcycle company Royal Enfield is working on a plan to increase its international penetration. The company intends to set up assembly units in Nepal and Bangladesh. The company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), B. Govindarajan, shared this information. The company is present in more than 40 countries in the medium weight segment of motorcycles from 250cc to 750cc.

When expanding, the company relies on its existing products. Besides that, she also intends to launch some new products. Govindarajan told PTI-Language that we believe there is an opportunity for Royal Enfield to gain more market share in all of the markets in which we have a presence.

He announced that the company has achieved a market share of 8.1 percent in the North American region. The company’s journey in this field began a few years ago through its subsidiary. Apart from that, the company’s share in the Asia-Pacific region is nine percent, while in the EMEA region (Europe, West Asia and Africa) it has reached about 10 percent. He said the company’s J-series market share is increasing due to the sophisticated engine.

The most popular model is assembled
Most buses in Nepal and Bangladesh are assembled from the classic Royal Enfield model. This motorcycle is available in two variants with single channel ABS and dual channel ABS. The Classic 350 is available in multiple color options. There are 6 color schemes for the single channel ABS variant and 9 for the dual channel ABS variant.

great engine
The motorcycle uses a 349cc, air-oil-cooled, single-cylinder, 4-stroke EFI engine that develops a maximum power of 20.2 HP and a maximum torque of 27 Nm. The engine is paired with a 5-speed constant-mesh gearbox.
