In order to push digitization forward, the government has now provided the facility of DigiLocker. In it you can keep many important papers such as driver’s license, vehicle registration, which are valid everywhere. After you have shown this, there will be no penalty or action against you.

Let’s ride an e-scooter…
If you drive an electric scooter, you only need a learner driver’s license, although you can drive with a driver’s license without a gearbox. If you are driving any other vehicle, you must have a two or four wheeler license. This includes driving a motorcycle with equipment and a light motor vehicle license.
