New Delhi. KTM, known worldwide for its adventure bikes, has silently made a big bang in India. KTM India has launched the 390 Adventure X. Now, with the launch of this bike, companies like Royal Enfield, BMW and Suzuki could find themselves in trouble. That’s because the company launched it at a lower price point than its standard 390 Adventure. The price of this off-road motorcycle has been kept at just 2.89 rupees showroom-ex. It’s also 58,000 rupees cheaper than its already forthcoming standard variant.
While the company has reduced some features in it, nothing has changed in its engine. The company has removed many electrical features in the Adventure X, including traction control, quick shifters and cornering ABS.

what will not come
In the Adventure X, the instrument cluster now appears in the LCD display instead of the TFT panel. Also, the motorcycle lacks features such as Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, and riding information. Alongside this, some kit changes will also be seen in the bike. However, nothing has changed in the performance of the bike. Launched at a low price, this motorcycle was discussed for a long time, since no new bike had entered this segment for a long time.
engine power
In 2023, the KTM Adventure X company donated a liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 373.2 cc. It will be a DOHC engine based on fuel injection technology and will produce 43 horsepower. The motorcycle has got a 6-speed gearbox. In addition, it has an assist and sleep clutch. The motorcycle gets a USD front fork with two-channel ABS and rear mono shock absorber.
The direct competition of this bike will now be with adventure bikes like RE Himalayan, Suzuki V-strom SX, BMW G 310 GS.
