1. You need to go to the Department of Transportation official website https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in. Here you must first select your state name. After that, you need to click on Apply for Learner’s License option. Here select the option to apply through Aadhaar and also select whether you would like to take the test from home or go to the RTO.
2. After that, enter your Aadhaar card information and mobile phone number and click Generate OTP. After that, enter the OTP received on the number. Check the box to accept the terms of use and then click the Authentication button. Then select the payment mode for the license fee.

3. Then watch the government-mandated 10-minute driving instruction video to continue with the 10-minute test. At the end of the video you will receive an OTP and a password for the mobile number.
4. Fill out the given form and proceed with the test. Turn on the front camera of your device and then fix it on the face. Then do the test. To pass the test, you must answer at least 6 out of 10 questions correctly.
5. If you fail the test, you will have to pay a fee of Rs 50 to appear on the test again. If you pass the test, you will receive the learner’s permit in PDF format.
