Be careful when investing
To reduce the risk of investing in mutual funds, investors should be careful when choosing the fund. It’s better to invest in well-diversified core equity funds that fall into the category of low-risk mutual fund products. To reduce risk, investors can switch from equity funds to hybrid and mixed funds, which may have a lower risk margin. Risk can be mitigated to some extent by investing in funds that invest in multiple asset classes, including stocks, debt and gold.
