Design and color options
In terms of design, these two bikes are outstanding. Both were designed for the common people. Both look fabulous with a simple look. The Shine 100 is similar to its larger version, the Shine 125, while the Splendor Plus has sported the same look for many years. Honda sells the Shine 100 in 5 color options while the Splendor Plus comes in 12 colors.

engine power
The Honda Shan 100 is powered by a 99.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel-injected engine that produces 7.6 hp and 8.05 Nm of torque. Hero Splendor Plus, on the other hand, gets an air-cooled, single-cylinder, 97.2cc, fuel-injected engine that produces 7.9hp and 8.05Nm of peak torque. Both bikes are mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox. Both motorcycles achieve a mileage of 60 to 70 km per liter.
Value
The Honda Shine 100 was launched in a single variant and its price has been kept at Rs 64,900. The Hero Splendor Plus, on the other hand, comes in multiple variants, including the feature-packed XTEC trim, and costs between Rs 72,076 and Rs 76,346. All prices are Delhi showroom-ex.
