The Punjab National Bank has lowered interest rates on FDs to below Rs. 2 crore for ordinary citizens, seniors and very elderly citizens. PNB has increased interest rates on select FDs for specific terms and decreased interest rates on FDs for specific terms. For FDs with a maturity of 444 days, the bank increased the interest rate for ordinary people from 6.80% to 7.25%. At the same time, the interest rate for FDs with a term of 666 days was reduced from 7.25% to 7.05%. This bank offers a high interest rate of 7.25% percent.
