New Delhi. The demand for electric scooters in India is increasing rapidly. In such a situation, all new and old companies are launching their electric scooters. Recently based in Madhya Pradesh, electric two-wheeler manufacturer Enigma Automobiles Enigma automobiles has launched its new Enigma Ambier N8 high-speed electric scooter in the country. The company introduced this electric scooter with urban mobility in mind. According to the company, people attending college or office can easily use it.
This scooter is a high speed scooter and its top speed is 45-50 kilometers per hour. For this reason, a driver’s license is required to drive. The company has launched it at an entry-level price of 1.05 lakh rupees (showroom-ex) while the top-of-the-line variant costs 1.10 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). People who want to buy the scooter can book the scooter on the company’s website.
Better than Ola S1 Pro in range
The greatest feature of this electric scooter is its low price and high range. According to the company, the electric scooter can achieve a range of 200 kilometers when fully charged. Compared to the Ola S1 Pro, it costs 1.40 lakh rupees (ex showroom), while the range on a full charge is just 181 kilometers. Although the Enigma Ambier N8 is inexpensive, it offers a range of 20 km.
What are the features?
The company has installed a 1500 watt electric motor in the Enigma Ambier N8 electric scooter. A lithium ferrophosphate battery was used to power the scooter. At the same time, the payload of the scooter should be 200 kg, which is significantly better depending on the segment. To accommodate the luggage in the scooter, a 26-liter trunk is provided under the seat. In order to make the scooter theft-proof, the company also provides smartphone connectivity that can be controlled via an app. It has features like remote access, remote on/off, alarm and geofencing.
